Retail Sales Associate - Archery Technician (West Location)

About the Role

North 40 Outfitters in Spokane, WA (West Location) is seeking a Full-Time Archery Technician to join our team. As an Archery Technician, you play a key role in the overall customer experience by providing outstanding customer service, generating sales, suggesting products, stocking and merchandising, maintaining a clean and organized department, and safeguarding company assets.

Schedule

This full-time position requires the ability to work all scheduled shifts between business hours: Mon-Sat 7 am to 8 pm, and Sunday 9 am to 5 pm. This shift includes working weekends, certain holidays, and requires flexibility in scheduling based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with archery product maintenance and adjustments.
• Generate sales and suggest products to customers.
• Stock and merchandise products effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized department.
• Safeguard company assets.
• Educate customers on the brands North 40 sells.
• Use correct lifting and loading techniques; lift and carry 0-25 lbs. continuously, 25-45 lbs. frequently, and 45-65 lbs. occasionally; team lift anything over 65 lbs.
• Spend 100% of work time on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.

Pay

We offer a competitive wage ranging from $17.50 to $18.25 per hour.
