Retail Sales Advisor Sherman Oaks Ted Baker

Job Summary

United Legwear is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join the Ted Baker Bloomingdale's Sherman Oaks team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding shopping experience.

Essential Functions

• Operations - Proactively complete tasks, adhere to policies and procedures, and follow loss prevention measures.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing a high-quality shopping experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

The role involves walking, standing, frequent hand use, typing, and manipulating electronic systems. Employees must be able to lift, pull, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities for close and distance viewing are required, and the role includes dynamic changes in pace and activity level.
