Retail Sales Advisor Lenox Ted Baker

Job Summary

United Legwear is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join the Ted Baker Bloomingdale's Lenox team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in fashion.
• Strong customer service skills with a passion for providing a high-quality shopping experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for fashion and a keen interest in the Ted Baker brand.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail management is a plus.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

The role involves walking, standing, frequent hand use, regular typing, and manipulation of electronic systems. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks in various physical positions. The environment includes dynamic changes in pace and activity level, requiring flexibility and promptness.
