Job Description We are seeking a Retail Processing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead the Distro team and organize picking and workflow activities in a high-volume distribution center. You will ensure the team meets and maintains productivity, accuracy and safety standards for all picking and order processing operations. Applicants should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent administrative and organizational abilities, and sharp communication skills. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in an order fulfillment or distro role. A day on the job looks like this: Overseeing a team of Distro associates and drivers, managing both conveyable and non-conveyable items in the retail areaLeveraging the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to understand daily goals and cadence to maintain building balance and steady workflowCollaborating cross-functionally with other teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing that meets customer expectationsAssessing staffing needs to support fluctuating workloads and maintain operational efficiencyIdentifying and implementing opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and optimize cost-effectivenessEnsuring compliance with standard operating procedures and methodologies for all retail processing activitiesDeveloping and measuring key performance indicators to drive productivity improvement Qualifications Got the skills and experience?
