Retail Planning Coordinator

Headquartered in downtown Winston-Salem, NC, ILNA serves as the North American representative of Interloop Ltd., one of the world’s largest sock manufacturers, now expanded into denim, activewear, and other apparel categories.

About the role

This role will support the Senior Business Planning Manager in making product and inventory recommendations to retail customers to achieve internal goals and customer targets for sales, inventory, and service.

Responsibilities

• Review product and inventory relative to customer targets.
• Work collaboratively with ILNA sales, customer planning teams, and factory forecast teams.
• Validate ILNA assumptions for category trends, retail trends, and retail sales results.
• Manage forecast exception reporting for assigned business.
• Provide shipment, inventory, and point-of-sale analysis for the sales and planning organizations.
• Work closely with the Senior Business Planning Manager to manage sales and inventory plans for retail customers.
• Review retail merchandise plans related to trends and sales results.
• Take on new projects as needed to achieve ILNA and retail customer goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred; retail experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to understand how retail and consumer trends drive sales results.
• Proficient in Excel and experience using AI to improve analysis and output.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with a multicultural team.
• Excellent time management, planning, and deadline delivery skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
