Pay

Starting at $18.00-$20.00 per hour. Earn up to $2.00 more per hour within your first 6 months based on productivity and accuracy, with additional earning opportunities up to $5.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay
• Travel to retail locations
• Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data collected
• Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form
• Work one-on-one with pharmacy professionals at the event
• Complete pharmacy training modules in the Learning Center, as required
• Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence in your abilities
• Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance
• Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings, as needed

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required
• Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening requirements, PPE requirements, and confidentiality requirements
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable using handheld technology
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Working Conditions

• Spend most of your shift standing and walking for extended periods
• Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching
• Climbing ladders when needed
• Lifting and carrying items up to 25 pounds
• Working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment
• Frequent travel by car and occasional air travel
• Repetitive use of hands and wrists
• Frequent use of a step stool

Qualifications

Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coach, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds for this position.
