Retail Pharmacy Associate - Inventory
Starting wage: $18.00 - $20.00. Flexible scheduling, paid training, and performance-based pay increases.
About the role
Join WIS International and help top retailers accurately count inventory. No prior inventory experience is required—we provide all the training you need. This is an active, part-time role where you’ll spend most of your shift standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, reaching, and occasionally climbing ladders. You’ll lift and carry items up to 25 pounds while working quickly and accurately in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events to capture part numbers, serial numbers, NDCs, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to meet productivity goals and increase earnings through performance-based pay.
- Travel to retail locations for inventory assignments.
- Lead by example, demonstrating core values of Spirit, Pride, Integrity, Results, Innovation, and Teamwork.
- Achieve established average-per-hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Communicate information clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing, to foster cooperation.
- Complete pharmacy training modules as required and comply with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening, PPE, and confidentiality requirements.
- Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings as needed.
- Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that improve job performance and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to complete pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
- Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable using handheld technology.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
