About the role
NuvemRx Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient-centric pharmacist to cover or provide overlap for the current pharmacy manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and education to patients on their medications.
- Manage staff pharmacist and technicians, if applicable.
- Address knowledge gaps by increasing knowledge through education and training.
- Manage pharmacy operations and oversight, including:
- Patient Safety
- Pharmacy Professional Practice
- Regulatory Requirements
- Quality Assurance
- Customer Service
- Personnel Management
- Inventory Management
- Financial Profitability
- Loss Prevention
- Workflow Management
- Stay current with HIPAA and Fraud, Waste, and Abuse credentialing.
- Comply with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws and facility policies.
Qualifications
- Required: Licensing/credentialing/certification as established by federal and state regulations in the state where you are practicing.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy degree from an accredited university, 3 years related pharmacy experience, previous retail pharmacy experience, 340b knowledge, excellent communication and patient service skills.

Pay
The pay for this per-diem pharmacist position is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
This is a per-diem position with a potential Monday through Friday schedule, closed on weekends.
