The Retail Team Lead at Office Depot is a part-time role responsible for providing "total solutions" to customers, covering products, technology, services, furniture, and print offerings. Responsibilities
- Support efficient operation in the Print Services area, ensuring accurate and timely completion of customer orders.
- Operate and assist associates with all equipment in the Print Services area.
- Communicate effectively to request assistance and coordinate service for all customers.
- Process merchandise accurately and efficiently, adhering to established procedures and deadlines.
- Identify and implement strategies to reduce waste and inefficiencies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices.
- Contribute to increasing sales and profitability through various initiatives.
- Drive positive client satisfaction by coaching and training associates, and participating in community outreach initiatives.
- Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge using provided tools.
- Perform external key carrier responsibilities, including opening and closing the store, and assisting with cash handling and audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-3 years related experience, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use job-related technology and POS systems.
- Attention to detail and experience in Print Services is beneficial.
- Advanced selling skills and strong customer focus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and positive attitude.
- Action-oriented with a drive for results, sound decision-making, and continuous learning.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule
The salary range for this role is $10.93/hour to $16.35/hour, with adjustments made based on state and local minimum wages. The work schedule is flexible and part-time, with the possibility of performing external key carrier responsibilities and Leader on Duty functions.
