Retail Part Time Store Associate, Savage X Fenty - Westfield Field (Culver City, CA)

Savage Retail is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at the Westfield Mall location in Culver City, CA. This role is pivotal in supporting daily store operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience in our first in-real-life (IRL) locations. You will help create a fearless, confident, and inclusive environment for Savage X Fenty customers while forming genuine connections with a diverse array of customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the service experience by embodying our values and brand ethos, fostering a welcoming culture for a diverse customer base.
• Actively engage guests and VIP members by promoting body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
• Stay informed about the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and the Sales Team to achieve store performance targets.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey.
• Provide feedback to store leadership to continuously improve the customer and team experience.
• Support inventory controls by accurately receiving/transferring product, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining an organized back of house (boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs).
• Strive for excellence by improving day-to-day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business or operational needs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role; experience in lingerie and intimates is a plus.
• Flexible and reliable schedule; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy or comfortable using technology as part of daily responsibilities.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks and solutions.
• Ability to work in a team-selling environment.
• Physical requirements: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
