Retail Full Time Sales Lead, Savage X Fenty - Westfield Mall (Culver City, CA)

Savage Retail is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our store at Westfield Mall in Culver City, CA. This role reports directly to the Store Manager and plays an essential part in supporting day-to-day operations and team development, helping to build a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that delivers the Savage x Fenty experience.

Responsibilities

• Uphold an inclusive store culture reflective of brand values, fostering engaged associates and outstanding customer experiences.
• Fulfill Manager on Duty responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures, bank deposits, productivity during downtime, cleanliness, and maintaining a welcoming sales floor.
• Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by driving accountability and a culture of ownership among the team.
• Engage customers meaningfully by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve store operations and business performance.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Support inventory controls, including accurate product receiving/transferring, inventory counts, and maintaining an organized back of house (boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs).
• Assist with visual merchandising standards in partnership with the Store Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned based on business or operational needs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role, with experience in lingerie and intimates or a high-volume retail environment preferred.
• Flexible and reliable schedule; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate vision and purpose.
• Tech-savvy or strong comfort with technology as part of daily responsibilities.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks and drive solutions.
• Ability to work in a team-selling environment.
• Physical requirements: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing; standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay

Hourly salary range: $19.20 - $21.00, depending on experience.
