As a Retail Sales Advisor at Savage X Fenty, you will deliver a best-in-class service experience in our first in-real-life (IRL) locations. Responsibilities

• Elevate the service experience by embodying our values and brand ethos, fostering a culture welcoming to a diverse array of customers.
• Actively engage guests and VIP members by providing an experience centered around body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
• Stay well-informed and knowledgeable on the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and the Sales Team to successfully achieve store performance targets.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey.
• Provide store leadership with feedback to continuously improve the customer and team experience.
• Support inventory controls by accurately receiving/transferring product, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining an organized back of house.
• Strive for excellence by actively improving day-to-day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role; experience with lingerie and intimates is a plus.
• Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy or strong comfort with technology as part of daily responsibilities.
• Flexibility with your schedule; work hours will be based on business needs.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks and ensure solutions.
• Ability to work in a team-selling environment.
• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

The starting hourly rate for this position is $17.30. Offers to candidates will depend on the scope and complexity of the role, work experience, subject matter expertise, work location, and other relevant factors.
