Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Tulsa Premium Outlets - Jenks, OK)

About the role

As a Store Associate, you’ll collaborate with an energetic team to empower customers, drive engagement, and achieve ambitious business goals. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing product insights to customers, including fabric, fit, and function details.
• Engage customers in-store and beyond through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to simplify shopping and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Uphold safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10–30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in large teams and interact with customers and partners.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move constantly, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
