Part-Time Retail Store Associate - Fabletics (San Francisco Premium Outlets - Livermore, CA)

Fabletics is opening a new location at San Francisco Premium Outlets in Livermore, CA and is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You’ll empower customers to connect their online and in-store shopping journeys using innovative technology while collaborating with an energetic team focused on helping customers live their passion.

About the role

This position reports to the Store Manager and involves actively engaging with customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve store operations and performance.
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and reporting potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in large teams and engage with customers and business partners.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
