Part-Time Retail Store Associate - Fabletics (Outlets at San Clemente - San Clemente, CA)

Fabletics is opening a new location at Outlets at San Clemente in San Clemente, CA and is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You’ll empower customers to connect their online and in-store shopping journeys using innovative technology while collaborating with an energetic team focused on helping customers live their passion.

About the role

This position reports to the Store Manager and involves actively engaging customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team to meet ambitious goals and elevate the business.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing insights to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve store operations and performance.
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales targets and contribute to overall store sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform physical tasks such as moving, talking, reaching, grabbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
