TechStyle Fashion Group - Fabletics Retail is currently seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for their Fabletics Retail Store at the Houston Galleria, Houston, TX.

About the Role

As the Store Associate, you will embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion. You will engage customers in new and meaningful ways, offering knowledge about our products' fabrics, features, fit, and function. You will also drive customer engagement both inside and outside the store, including participating in store events and community projects. You will communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the overall shopping experience. You will maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure the store is easy to shop and adds value to the customer's purchase journey. You will actively participate in providing and nurturing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. You will strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. You will maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets. You will adhere to all safety and security standards and identify potential issues. You may unpack boxes for inventory as required, which can weigh 10-30 lbs.

Required Skills

• At least 1 year minimum of work experience within a retail environment, preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
