About the role

As a Store Associate, you’ll collaborate with an energetic Store Manager and dynamic team to help customers live their passion. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves engaging with customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing product insights to customers.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Ensure safety and security standards are met; identify and report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform physical tasks (e.g., stooping, kneeling, climbing ladders).
• Must be 18 years or older.
