Retail Part Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Mayfair Mall - Wauwatosa, WI)

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for our location at Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa, WI. About the Role

As a Store Associate, you will work alongside the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of energetic associates to help customers "Live their Passion." This role is ideal for a self-motivated, highly energetic individual comfortable engaging with the public and contributing to a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody company culture and values while providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment that adds value to the customer journey.
• Provide and act on feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working in large teams with strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
