Retail Part Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Mall of America - Bloomington, MN)

Fabletics is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates for our Mall of America location in Bloomington, MN. Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing product insights to customers.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines for easy shopping and added value.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to overall store success.
• Maintain safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10–30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in large teams and interact with customers and partners.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to move constantly, stand for at least two consecutive hours, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
