About the role

As a Store Associate, you’ll collaborate with an energetic Store Manager and dynamic team to help customers live their passion. This role involves engaging with customers, driving sales, and maintaining store standards while working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing insights to customers on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Actively engage customers in-store and through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy and valuable shopping experience.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Achieve personal sales goals and contribute to team targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards, reporting potential issues as needed.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, with occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
