Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Lenox Square - Atlanta, GA)

Fabletics is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates for our Lenox Square location in Atlanta, GA. Join our team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience, bridging online and in-store shopping with innovative technology and a dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping journey.
• Provide and act on feedback to continuously improve business operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards; identify and report potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in large teams and engage with customers and business partners.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
