Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Perimeter Mall - Atlanta, GA)

Fabletics is looking for driven Part-Time Store Associates for our location at Perimeter Mall in Atlanta, GA.

Join our team as a Store Associate and be at the forefront of delivering a best-in-class retail shopping experience. You will empower customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store shopping journeys through innovative, cutting-edge technology. Collaborate with an energetic Store Manager, supportive leaders, and a dynamic team of associates who are all about helping customers live their passion. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our product.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside of the store environment, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside of the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
