Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta - Woodstock, GA)

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our retail store at The Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta in Woodstock, GA. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager, supervisors, and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with people and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to ensure a seamless and valuable shopping journey.
• Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales targets and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, take initiative, and bring out the best in others.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
