Retail Beverage Merchandiser

About the role

Reyes Beverage Group merchandises leading brands such as Modelo, Coors Light, Lagunitas, White Claw, Tito's, Jack Daniel's, and more. The position supports grocery stores and other beverage outlets throughout the East Bay area, ensuring product availability, proper display, and rotation.

Schedule

• Full‑time with a 5:00 am – 6:00 am start time
• Five days per week, includes weekends

Pay

• $24.50 per hour + overtime
• Monthly car and mileage reimbursement
• Potential participation in a discretionary incentive program (subject to program rules)

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of product are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company‑issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency, and account monitoring.
• Accurately complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum state legal age requirements.
• Reliable personal automobile transportation with an acceptable driving record, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance meeting company and state minimums.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull products ranging from 25 lb to 50 lb on a regular basis.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree.
