Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (West County Center - St. Louis, MO)

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our West County Center location in St. Louis, MO. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with people and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing customers with insights on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping journey.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve store operations.
• Strive to exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales targets and contribute to overall store goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
