Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (King of Prussia - King of Prussia, PA)

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our King of Prussia, PA store. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager and team to help customers live their passion. You’ll engage customers in meaningful ways, provide product knowledge, and drive customer engagement through events, promotions, and community projects. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while guiding customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Ability to engage with customers, employees, and business partners in and out of the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• Occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
