Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (West County Center - St. Louis, MO)

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for our retail store at West County Center in St. Louis, MO. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager, supervisors, and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. You’ll be a self-starter with high energy, engaging with customers and leading a tight-knit group to hit bold targets and elevate the business.

This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to ensure a seamless and valuable shopping journey.
• Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
