Retail Part-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (Dolphin Mall - Miami, FL)
About the role
Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for its location at Dolphin Mall in Miami, FL. This role offers an opportunity to lead and support both Sales and Operations, leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Engage actively with customers to provide knowledge on Fabletics products and foster meaningful interactions.
- Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
- Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines and ensure the shopping experience is seamless.
- Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
- Participate in providing and receiving feedback to improve the business.
- Provide general product knowledge to customers and team members.
- Achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of personal sales performance.
- Maintain safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
- Unpack boxes for inventory as required.
Requirements
- 1 year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
- Prior retail management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
- Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Self-motivated, effective communicator, and natural leader who can bring the best out in others.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
