Retail Full-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (Dadeland Mall - Miami, FL)

About the role

The Full-Time Sales Lead position at Fabletics, located at Dadeland Mall in Miami, FL, is seeking a self-starter with high energy who loves engaging with new people. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role involves leading the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, support sales and operations, and drive customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by offering knowledge about the fabrics, features, fit, and function of Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines that make shopping easy and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
• Participate actively to provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• The ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
