Retail Part-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (University Town Center - Sarasota, FL)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their retail store at University Town Center in Sarasota, FL. This role involves leading the customer experience, driving engagement, and supporting both sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy shopping experience.
• Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain personal safety and security standards, identifying and addressing potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High comfort level dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
