Retail Sales Lead, Fabletics (University Town Center - Sarasota, FL)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Full-Time Sales Lead for their retail store at University Town Center in Sarasota, FL. This role involves leading the customer experience, managing inventory, and fostering a positive team dynamic.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and ensure the shopping journey is seamless.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the business.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge and assist customers and team members.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices and retail inventory and POS systems.
• Ability to socialize with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
