Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (International Plaza - Tampa, FL)

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their retail store at International Plaza in Tampa, FL. This role requires a self-starter with high energy who loves engaging with new people.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing insights to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by offering knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to purchases.
• Participate actively to provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High comfort level dealing with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
