Retail Part-Time Sales Associate - Savage X Fenty (South Shore Plaza - Braintree, MA)

About the role

Riverside Healthcare is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate to support daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience at the South Shore Plaza location in Braintree, MA. You will report directly to the Store Manager and play a vital role in creating a fearless, confident, and inclusive environment for Savage X Fenty customers. This position is integral in building a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both the store team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the service experience by embodying our values and brand ethos, creating a welcoming culture for a diverse array of customers.
• Actively engage guests and VIP members by providing an experience centered around body positivity, product knowledge, and authenticity.
• Stay well-informed and knowledgeable about the XTRA VIP Membership model, promotions, and benefits.
• Collaborate with Store Leaders and the Sales Team to successfully achieve store performance targets.
• Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to support a streamlined customer journey.
• Provide store leadership with feedback to continuously improve the customer and team experience.
• Support inventory controls by accurately receiving/transferring product, participating in inventory counts, and maintaining an organized back of house (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).
• Strive for excellence by actively improving day-to-day customer service, visual merchandising, and operational standards.
• Meet and exceed individual performance goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned in accordance with business or operational needs.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in a customer-facing role; experience with lingerie and intimates is a plus.
• Flexible and reliable schedule; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Approach ambiguity and challenges with positivity and a growth mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Tech-savvy or strong comfort with technology as part of daily responsibilities.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks and ensure solutions.
• Ability to work in a team-selling environment.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
