Part-time Retail Sales Associate (all)

Your responsibilities

• Build rapport and authentically engage with our guests.
• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.
• Assess needs to provide customized solutions, usage and support.
• Provide technical product information by articulating the value and benefit of the product.
• Facilitate a seamless guest experience by conducting accurate and timely transactions.
• Personalize and elevate solutions to all our guests' needs.
• Serve as The Resource to guide guests to local and regional sites and activities.

Working with Others

• Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations.

Operations

• Perform product presentation tasks including refresh, restock and relocation according to company standards.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences.
• Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the comfortable environment of the store.
• Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.

Your profile

• Educational background: High School or secondary diploma equivalent or above.
• Experience: 1 year of retail/guest service experience.
• Personal qualities: Outdoor enthusiast with a passion for our brand activities and lifestyle.
• Work style: Flexible schedule allowing for weekends, evenings, and peak retail times.
