We are actively searching for a Retail Operations Coordinator II to contribute to the Arthrex Experience by delivering a best-in-class retail experience for internal and external guests visiting the Arthrex Proud Store at Arthrex Global Headquarters in Naples, FL.

About the role

The ideal candidate will provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service while supporting product selection, store operations, and maintaining a visually compelling, on-brand environment. They will also ensure all aspects of the store—from merchandising and inventory to point-of-sale operations—are executed with consistency, accuracy, and alignment to established standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Represents Arthrex brand to internal and external guests that visit the retail store.
  • Delivers an exceptional customer experience by proactively engaging guests, identifying needs, and leveraging strong product knowledge and familiarity with store processes to provide guidance, support, and appropriate solutions or direction.
  • Maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment, ensuring all front-of-house and back-of-house areas meet established store standards.
  • Supports merchandising efforts by maintaining product displays, restocking inventory, managing specialty or modular displays, and ensuring alignment with merchandising presentation guidelines.
  • Operates and supports the point-of-sale (POS) system, including transactions, product setup, pricing accuracy, promotions, and product tagging/barcoding.
  • Assists with inventory management processes, including monitoring stock levels, supporting audits, maintaining accurate product records, and submitting requests for replenishment of inventory from the warehouse as needed.
  • Supports backend store operations, including supply ordering, inventory reconciliation, and other operational tasks required to ensure seamless store functionality while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Provides support for the Arthrex gift card program, including request fulfillment and related administrative processes.
  • Maintains accuracy and relevancy of in-store communications, signage, and promotional materials or brings to the team’s attention if not maintained.
  • Collaborates with the team on seasonal promotions and/or builds customer engagement through various store-related initiatives.
  • Supports store coverage planning by coordinating staffing needs based on event schedules and anticipated guest traffic, collaborating closely with key stakeholders.
  • Participates in cross-training initiatives to support coverage and operational continuity as needed.
  • Collaborates with Culinary and Wellness teams to support alignment and maintain awareness of related onsite initiatives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 4 years of retail, hospitality, customer service, operations, merchandising, or related experience required.
  • OR Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or Business Management or related field with 2 years of retail, hospitality, customer service, operations, merchandising, or related experience required.
  • Bilingual with fluency in Spanish preferred.

Skills

  • Solid understanding of any outside and company regulations and standards relevant to the store.
  • Solid knowledge of equipment and function of systems and operational techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of store operations and maintenance.
  • Solid level of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook email experience.
  • Proactively initiates projects that will improve internal or external experience.
  • Works under general supervision; work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and overall adequacy and accuracy.
  • Capable of self-reviewing work for detail accuracy, consistency, and meeting objectives.
  • Refers to policies and procedures for detailed instructions.
