Operations Coordinator

Culver Academies seeks a dynamic Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of Culver Eagle Outfitters across multiple retail locations and online channels. This role includes supervising and coordinating seasonal and part-time employees, supporting opening and closing responsibilities, providing customer service, training staff, and analyzing customer purchasing behavior.

• Supervise and coordinate seasonal and part-time employees, including scheduling and daily oversight
• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders
• Train and supervise staff
• Maintain store standards, organization, and cleanliness
• Perform cash register duties as required
• May be asked to work other campus store locations and events
• Occasional evenings and weekends required based on operational needs

The Operations Coordinator will also support retail systems functionality, assist with inventory planning and operational decisions, and ensure compliance with safety, loss-prevention, and inventory control practices.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or equivalent experience is required
• Prior experience in retail analytics, inventory management, or business intelligence is preferred
• Experience using Shopify is desired
• Excellent administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Highly developed computer skills are required
• An aptitude for numbers, safe cash handling procedures, and a demonstrated ability to build relationships using vital customer service and communication skills are essential
• The ability to lift 50 pounds frequently is required
