Retail Merchandising Representative-Remote USA

Max Distributing is seeking energetic, creative individuals to execute a variety of merchandise and product services at retailer locations across the United States. We provide on-the-job training with a dedicated merchandising team member and ongoing support to ensure your success. Responsibilities

• Visit existing customer stores within an assigned geography on a regular schedule; occasional travel to other geographies for launch and reset activities.
• Build professional relationships with store management and associates, educating them on products and reorder processes.
• Take orders for a variety of products and accurately enter them in a mobile application.
• Ensure products are displayed and fully stocked; reset and stock sections according to the plan-o-gram.
• Report service visits, including uploading photos through a mobile application.
• Place signage, pricing, or other store collateral during store visits as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism, including professional selling conversations with retail store personnel.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license in good standing for the last 3 years (fewer than 2 violations).
• Ability to complete multiple store visits per day and drive up to 100 miles daily.
• Ability to climb and work from heights ranging from 9 to 12 feet.
• Ability to visually inspect and manipulate merchandise and advertising displays.
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device (e.g., iPhone or tablet) for daily activities.
• Flexibility for overnight travel with advance notice (travel expenses reimbursed).
• Willingness to drive or fly to service accounts (up to 50% travel).
