Responsibilities
- Own regional sales targets and execute in-store displays
- Drive consumer awareness via point-of-sale materials and promotions
- Build positive rapport with retailers, secure display space, and follow up regularly
- Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements and foster trust
- Support company culture and collaborate on strategic initiatives
- Participate in demos, market blitzes, and off-territory activities as needed
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-5 years in beverage or consumer packaged goods sales, with proven success
- Experience across various retail channels
- Ability to lift 20lbs, use personal vehicle for travel, and work flexible hours
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and demonstrates a "carry the bag" mentality
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range of $60,000 - $70,000
