Qualifications & Skills
- 1-5 years in beverage or CPG sales, with proven success across various retail channels
- Ability to lift 20lbs repeatedly and use personal vehicle for travel
- Self-motivated, competitive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Key Duties
- Execute sales and merchandising strategies to drive growth
- Build and maintain retailer relationships through scheduled visits and follow-up
- Educate consumers and ensure product quality in-store
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive company culture
