Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-5 years in beverage or CPG sales, with proven success across various retail channels
  • Ability to lift 20lbs repeatedly and use personal vehicle for travel
  • Self-motivated, competitive, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Flexible with working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Key Duties

  • Execute sales and merchandising strategies to drive growth
  • Build and maintain retailer relationships through scheduled visits and follow-up
  • Educate consumers and ensure product quality in-store
  • Support team initiatives and contribute to a positive company culture
