Retail Merchandiser - Electronics - Full Time

About the role

Transform and elevate the retail experience by ensuring the proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays at major retail establishments. Represent innovative, global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, and Intel.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects at stores like Best Buy, Walmart, Target, and others within an assigned territory
• Turn shelves into sales magnets to drive revenue through effective merchandising
• Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed store visit

Schedule

• 32–40 hours per week
• Flexible hours Monday through Friday, typically between 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
• No weekends or evening hours required
• Opportunities for additional hours if able to cover a larger region or travel to outlying areas/states

Pay

• General merchandising projects: $17.00 per hour
• Additional technical projects available at higher rates, based on need
• Store-to-store drive time and mileage reimbursement
• Paid training time

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience (highly desirable)
• Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory
• Strong attention to detail, including ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams
• Comfortable working independently most of the time and collaborating with a small team when needed
• Access to the internet, basic hand-held tools, and a smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS capability (laptop or desktop computer is a strong plus)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
