About the role

Transform and elevate the retail experience by ensuring the proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of promotional product displays for innovative, global clients such as Microsoft, Samsung, T-Mobile, Dyson, Bose, Intel, and others. This position involves visiting major retail establishments like Best Buy, Walmart, and Target within an assigned territory to drive revenue through effective merchandising.

Responsibilities

  • Complete projects at assigned retail stores within a designated radius.
  • Ensure proper placement, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of clients' promotional product displays.
  • Submit same-day digital surveys with feedback and pictures for each completed store visit.
  • Work flexibly Monday through Friday, typically between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends.
  • Cover a larger region or travel to other areas if additional hours are desired.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Previous merchandising, 3PL, or relevant retail experience.
  • Ability to handle all levels of merchandising work within the assigned territory.
  • Strong attention to detail, including the ability to follow complex written instructions and display diagrams, and read planograms accurately.
  • Comfortable working independently most of the time and collaborating with a small team when needed.
  • Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency to complete projects.
  • Access to the internet, basic hand-held tools, and a smart device with Wi-Fi/GPS capability (laptop or desktop computer is a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift products weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance.

Pay

  • General merchandising projects: $20.00 per hour.
  • Additional technical projects available at higher rates, based on need.

Schedule

  • 30-40 hours per week, with fluctuating project hours and times.
  • Typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekends.
  • No evening hours required.
