Retail Merchandise Associate

Responsibilities

• Model and support customer experience practices with both internal and external customers
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and merchandise presentation
• Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Participate in store recovery and maintain safety standards
• Support loss prevention and shrink reduction efforts
• Assist in cross-training across store areas to support business needs
