As an Amazon PPC Manager, you will play a vital role in creating best-in-class PPC strategies for accounts on Amazon, Walmart, and Instacart. You’ll collaborate with a team of PPC Specialists and Data Specialists to drive profitable sales growth for Acadia’s clients while staying ahead of new paid search features on major platforms. This position reports to a Team Lead and offers an exciting career path in a dynamic, growing digital marketing company.
About the Role
A typical week includes:
- Optimizing clients’ PPC advertising campaigns using Amazon’s Advertising Console and third-party tools for keyword research and automation.
- Communicating with clients to present results, activities, and tactical plans for the next 90 days.
- Managing a small team of PPC Specialists, conducting 1:1 meetings, and supporting their professional growth.
- Collaborating with colleagues across PPC, brand protection, SEO, and organic marketing to align strategies.
- Analyzing competitors and developing innovative plans to drive new business for Acadia.
- Reporting to clients weekly or bi-weekly, delivering data-driven insights and actionable next steps.
- Identifying trends and adjusting strategies to improve performance.
- Contributing to thought leadership through company blogs, webinars, and live events.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex pay-per-click and display advertising campaigns with thousands of targeting options per account.
- Work in a collaborative team environment while coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify growth opportunities for clients and new service offerings for existing markets.
- Provide high-level summaries and present in-depth analysis efficiently.
- Articulate Acadia’s value proposition to clients and prospects while maintaining a client-focused approach.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience with Pay-Per-Click advertising (Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads).
- 1+ years of experience with Amazon Advertising.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
- Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
