About the role
The Retail Media Coordinator manages day-to-day campaign logistics, asset distribution, scheduling, and placement operations for the SCHEELS Media Platform. This role ensures media placements move smoothly from proposal to production while keeping the SCHEELS Media Platform organized and active.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day campaign logistics, asset distribution, and placement scheduling across the SCHEELS Media Platform
- Track and manage media assets from initial proposal through production and execution
- Collaborate with internal e-commerce, marketing and digital teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign creative and assets
- Monitor campaign execution schedules and troubleshoot placement or workflow delays as needed
- Maintain structured media schedules and documentation to keep platform operations organized and on track
- Work closely with site experience to coordinate asset collection and asset creation
- Monitor spend and budget pacing to ensure continuous campaign coverage
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills
- Stay organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking
- Respond with urgency to address project needs
Requirements
- Minimum of an associate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Light work - Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects
- Physical demand requirements exceed those for sedentary work
- Associates are expected to follow all safety procedures and perform job duties in a manner that minimizes risk of injury
