Key Responsibilities
- Create innovative and brand-appropriate marketing assets for retail stores.
- Translate briefs into high-quality designs while meeting deadlines.
- Maintain and apply graphic standards and creative direction across projects.
- Build guidelines and toolkits for retail marketing campaigns and consumer journeys.
- Design assets for in-store signage, promotions, and product presentations.
- Partner with global teams to deliver marketing materials and visual standards.
- Support CRM and traffic-driving initiatives by designing consumer engagement assets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct market visits as needed to review marketing execution and gather insights.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to improve future strategies.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail or brand/account marketing.
- Experience designing consumer journeys and retail marketing programs.
- Knowledge of retail, visual merchandising, consumer experience, and multi-channel marketing.
- Familiarity with digital platforms such as Apps, Email, SEO, social media, and Performance Marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Experience managing budgets, creating marketing briefs, and working with agencies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to use data to improve marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel domestically as required.
