Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Junior Store Designer to work on a contract basis. The role involves creating store layouts, optimizing floor plans, and ensuring designs align with brand guidelines. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement visual merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop store layouts, including product placement and customer flow optimization.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure designs meet operational and aesthetic requirements.
• Create visual merchandising plans to enhance product presentation and customer engagement.
• Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings for store projects.
• Assist in sourcing materials, fixtures, and furnishings to execute store designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
• Basic knowledge of store design principles and visual merchandising.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret design briefs accurately.
• Experience with space planning and layout optimization for retail environments.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
