Major Duties
- Draws layouts that include placement of fixtures, furniture, equipment and AEC components, while maintaining ADA/egress requirements.
- Collaborates with architectural engineer, store experience team and project managers on design details and project milestones.
- Captures information from the store to determine condition of facilities, fixtures and equipment.
- Coordinates design through approval/review process with Regions and MD directorate.
- Conducts site visits and/or collaborates with team to gather information from the store to determine condition of facilities, fixtures and equipment.

- Work – Onsite (HQ – Dallas, Texas/Exchange Location)
- Remote/Telework not authorized per Presidential Memorandum “Return to In Person Work”

Job Qualifications
- Four years of experience in or a combination of retail merchandising, retail setup, computer aided design (CAD) and/or Revit.
- Or Bachelor's degree and two years of experience in or a combination of retail merchandising, retail setup, computer aided design (CAD) and/or Revit.
- Degree (one Of): BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred Major/Minor (one Of): ARCHITECTURE - PreferredINTERIOR DESGN - Preferred
