We are seeking a Store Designer to lead the planning and design of global retail environments that deliver exceptional brand experiences. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and contractors to drive projects from concept through implementation and store opening.
Responsibilities
- Design retail environments, fixtures, and consumer-facing brand experiences that align with brand strategy and business goals.
- Develop 3D design concepts, presentations, renderings, and visual storytelling materials.
- Apply expertise in spatial planning, color, materials, texture, scale, and environmental design.
- Lead and mentor team members while ensuring design consistency and execution excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative retail solutions.
- Present design concepts and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple projects from concept through implementation.
- Develop space plans, construction documentation, and FF&E specifications for new stores, remodels, and global rollouts, ensuring adherence to brand standards, code compliance, and project budgets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in architectural, interior, environmental, or retail design.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design projects and teams.
- Strong understanding of retail design trends, consumer experience, and brand environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong skills in space planning, visual presentation development, proportion, and scale.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Retail environment and fixture design experience preferred.
In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This role is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
