About the role

Want to earn more while talking to people? McCarthy is hiring Retail Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Pay

$20.00 per hour + UNCAPPED commission. Average earning potential of $20–$30/hour with commission.

Schedule

Flexible schedule with weekends required, typically 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. Part-time and full-time opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations
• Ask questions to understand customers’ home comfort needs
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
