Responsibilities

• Proactively engage retail customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Generate qualified leads for the sales team
• Set up service appointments with interested customers
• Represent Service Champions positively at in‑store kiosks
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
• Walk around or stand at in-store kiosks at assigned stores in the SF Bay Area speaking to clients regarding our products
• Schedule appointments and follow ups with clients and our field teams
• Accurately log client information in Service Titans
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store management and team members
• Participate at in-store events
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Service Champions offerings to answer client questions
• Ensure monthly revenue and lead generation goals are met or exceeded
• Represent Service Champions with integrity, energy, and professionalism

Requirements

• Must be available to work Thurs. - Mon.
• High‑energy, positive, and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort working in a retail or customer‑facing environment
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset
• Sales, promotions, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Retail experience is strongly preferred
• Energetic, confident, outgoing, and self-driven personality
• Comfortable being on your feet and talking to anyone
• Must be comfortable initiating conversations with clients
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends for in-store events
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in the English language

Schedule

Full time and part time opportunities are available in Concord, Pittsburg, and Brentwood.
